In order to ensure good performance, the association established a structure that includes national committees specialized in stimulating investment, culture, education, women, marketing and communication, youth and sports… It also formed several regional networks that were launched after field work on several fronts. It is a unique and influential association that attracts attention and draws followers to it, whether in terms of the name (Tunisian Association of Active Forces) or in terms of the founding members of young people with a new vision and an unfamiliar work approach, or in terms of the contents of programs with a regenerative spirit by all standards. For example, the association provided a new treatment for the weakness of the educational sector and the violence inflicted on the student, the educator, the guardian, and the educational institution.
