Second: A statement of the legislative framework (international, local and regional), which required the preparation of a guiding model law to organize space activities in the Arab countries that are members of the regional center.


Third: Shedding light on the Model Law for Regulating Space Activities and its accompanying documents.


Fourth: Presenting a document that shows the dangers that result from the delay in the entry of Arab and African countries into the space race in light of the existence of a strategy from some countries that dominate space and put obstacles and obstacles in front of countries that have not entered this field so far.


We expect that its results will be tangible for decision-makers and the importance of having a regional guiding law to regulate space activities, realizing the danger of delaying entry into the space race, and making this work in a collective context.
