Our route today is Yedigöller, a natural habitat with the richest vegetation in the Western Black Sea Region. Yedigöller, which became a national park in 1965, is 1645 hectares in size. If you want to get away from the tiring and overwhelming effect of city life and renew yourself in nature, then we are making our way to Yedigöller, a unique national park. Yedigöller, which generously offers all the beauty and grace of nature in all four seasons of the year, has been hosting many nature lovers and photographers every season in recent years. Especially in autumn and spring, Yedigöller is a riot of colors, you can’t get enough of it. You are witnessing a miracle with thousands of shades of green, yellow, orange and red.


What awaits you in Yedigöller, where you can be alone with nature and each corner will create a different excitement? Treking in the heart of nature, fabulously beautiful photo frames, waterfalls that you will reach by passing through the pathways, seven beautiful lakes, which are named as Nazlı, Sazlı, Derin, Serin, Büyük, Küçük, Kuru. The Pythagorean Tree, viewing terraces where you can enjoy fascinating views, the chance to get to know hundreds of tree and plant species up close, many things about wild animals and nature, and more. You can perform many activities such as the rich vegetation resembling the forest sea, the trout living in the lakes, the walks to the forest from the paths accompanied by bird sounds. Generally, the geological structure of the site is composed of serpentines and volcanic rocks.

The dominant vegetation in the national park is beech trees. There are also different types of trees such as oak, hornbeam, alder, larch, yellow pine, fir, elm, linden and yew. With the help of the effective protection, there are wild animal species such as deer, roe deer, bear, pig, wolf, fox and squirrel, whose numbers are increasing in the national park and in the areas around it. The national park is very suitable for daily recreational activities such as picnic, camping, nature walks, sportive angling. These activities are carried out and controlled on a regular basis. It also provides wide usage opportunities for amateur and professional photographers. If you want, you can stay alone with nature in tents or in bungalow houses built in recent years.
